The Acar family is a classic multinational, as is typical in Turkey. In addition to their own travel agency and livestock farming, they also operate their own olive groves and an associated mill. Both meet Corovita quality standards and are certified organic.

The location of the organic farm
The Acar family's fields are located near the small town of Salihli, west of Izmir. Here, the land is vast, the soil fertile, and rainfall abundant, providing the perfect conditions for agriculture. Organic farming is also becoming increasingly popular in this area.
The fields in this region also have another advantage: there's no coastal proximity, meaning there's no competition from tourist areas. As a result, more and more fields are being planted with olive trees, and the area is gradually transforming into a green paradise.
This is how the Acar family's organic olive oil is produced in Turkey

The Acar family is committed to quality. They continually invest in the refurbishment and further development of the facility to maintain and expand its high quality standards.
This allows the mill to boast two completely separate lines – one for conventional olive oil pressing and one for organic olive oil. This is increasingly proving to be an unbeatable advantage, as there are few other mills in the region, but a significant number of new olive growers.
During the peak winter season, the mill operates at full speed around the clock. Not only does the Acar family use it to process the harvested olives, but other farmers also have their olives pressed here for oil in return for a small fee of the finished product.
