Cassetta Family & Olio Sud
The Cassetta family, now in its fourth generation, produces olives in their own fields, which are later processed into a wonderful organic extra virgin olive oil. The olives come from the Apulia region in southwest Italy. It is the largest and most famous olive-growing region in the country. Like all Italian olive oils, this oil has a somewhat more intense flavor, making it ideal for use with warm appetizers and classic Italian dishes such as pasta and fish.
