About this oil
Das Corovita Mirtat ist das Referenzprodukt unseres Hauses – ein echtes Single-Estate Bio-Olivenöl. Die Bio-Oliven wachsen auf unserem eigenen Feld im Nordwesten der Türkei, in einem kleinen Dorf namens Gülpınar in der Troas. Single-Estate bedeutet: Alle Oliven stammen von einem einzigen Gut – nicht vermischt, nicht zugekauft. Das ergibt ein Öl mit klarer, nachvollziehbarer Herkunft und einem unverwechselbaren Charakter der Region.
