Product description

This wonderful premium organic olive oil is produced on the hilly slopes of the Greek olive region of Kalamata on the Peloponnese peninsula. The carefully selected organic olives are traditionally picked from the tree and then brought directly to the mill. The family owns its own continuous mill and can therefore control the pressing temperature and the duration of the milling process. This is a completely single-variety production. The family's fields in Kalamata are just a few minutes' walk from the mill. This means virtually no time is lost between harvest and pressing, which is crucial for the quality of the oil. After pressing, the oil is stored in a cool, dark place before we bottle it fresh for you. A Mediterranean delicacy you should definitely try.

The oil is a high-quality organic olive oil with a very subtle, slightly spicy flavor. The oil is produced by a family that has been growing olives there for generations. We know both the producer and his fields, and we visit them regularly to ensure quality.
