Product description

The Perez family, based near Valencia, owns several fields on Spain's Mediterranean coast. They also operate their own mill, where the olives are gently cold-pressed on the family property.

The olive variety used for our Corovita olive oil from Spain is called Arbequina and is known for its intense aroma. This makes it the most widely cultivated Spanish olive variety, as Spaniards love their intense olive oil.
