The Perez family, based near Valencia, owns several fields on Spain's Mediterranean coast, which they cultivate according to EU organic standards. They also operate their own mill, where the family-owned organic olives are gently cold-pressed.

The olive variety used for our Corovita organic olive oil from Spain is called Arbequina and is known for its intense aroma. It is therefore also the most widely cultivated Spanish olive variety, as Spaniards love its intense olive oil.
