Corovitas organic certificate
The organic certification, awarded annually, is strictly monitored by the responsible authority and is an absolute must if a company wants to offer organic products. This certification is monitored throughout all production steps, but primarily at the producers' level.
There, care is taken to ensure that the farms comply with all EU regulations. These include, for example, the ban on the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Natural fertilizers or fungal cultures are used as substitutes for conventional pesticides and control agents.
Only if a company complies with all EU requirements and passes the inspections of the testing centers, it receives the honor of an organic certificate and can declare its products as such in good conscience.
This is what the IFS certificate means for Corovita
While the organic seal is a good indicator of the quality of the product, food producers must comply with other laws and regulations in order to be safe for consumption by the end consumer.
This is audited by independent institutes and confirmed with an IFS certificate. Compliance with regulations for this includes, for example, packaging, labeling, hygiene, inspections, and product traceability.
Corovita organic olive oil stands for quality and taste

Liebes Corovita-Team, als Veganerin ist mir besonders wichtig, dass bei der Olivenernte keine Tiere zu Schaden kommen. Zum Thema Vogelsterben bei der Olivenernte finde ich nichts auf eurer Seite. Könnten Sie mir hierzu bitte Informationen zukommen lassen? Freundliche Grüße, Andrea
